Payment: We accept payment through PayPal, Google Checkout, Money Order and Cashier’s Check. Payment with PayPal and Google checkout is required within 24 hours of completed order. Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks should be made out to Shoe Cred, llc and mailed to PO Box 2272 Grants Pass, OR. 97528 within 1 business day of your completed order. We DO NOT accept COD’s.

Google Checkout payment, please allow 3 business days for payment to clear and order to be filled
Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks, please allow 5 business days for payment to arrive and clear before order is filled
Shipping: We ship via UPS, FEDEX, USPS. After payment has cleared, your order will be processed and shipped. We CANNOT guarantee delivery or timely delivery for items shipped USPS. Shipments via UPS please allow 3 – 7 business days for your item(s) to arrive. Shipments via USPS, please allow 7 – 10 business days for your item(s) to arrive.
Returns: Are accepted with the following conditions; must be within 14 days of purchase. Items must not be worn, scuffed, marked or tampered with. Any returned items with any indication of foul play will be subject to a return rejection with no refund due. You must contact us IMMEDIATELY via email with your concerns and for return instructions. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee that is deducted from your refund total. Shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from refund price. We have the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) are returned to us with any of the above conditions, but not limited to the above.
